Refund & Return Policy
Surabhi Gaushala is a registered charitable society engaged in cow protection, animal welfare, and related charitable activities. All payments received through our website are treated as voluntary donations made in support of our charitable objectives.
1. No Return Policy
Surabhi Gaushala does not sell goods or services through its donation platform. As all contributions are voluntary donations toward charitable activities, there is no return applicable to any transaction made on the website.
2. No Refund Policy
All donations made to Surabhi Gaushala are final and non-refundable.
Once a donation is successfully processed:
- The amount cannot be reversed.
- The donation cannot be cancelled.
- No refund requests will be entertained under normal circumstances.
Donors are requested to carefully verify the amount and details before completing the transaction.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate transactions caused by technical error
- Unauthorized transactions confirmed by the donor’s bank
Such cases must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction, along with valid proof.
Surabhi Gaushala reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund request in exceptional circumstances.
4. Tax Exemption Implications
If any refund is processed under exceptional circumstances:
- Any issued 80G receipt will be treated as void.
- The donor must not claim tax exemption for the refunded amount.
